What matters before we quote.
These answers clarify the initial framework. The proposal defines the applicable tasks, resources, timeframes and conditions.
Does deep cleaning remove every stain?+
No. The result depends on the material, age, wear and type of soiling. Sensitive stains are assessed and, where appropriate, a technique is tested before any treatment is agreed.
Does it include post-construction cleaning?+
Only pre-assessed light post-construction cleaning. Fine dust, adhesives, waste volume, access and surfaces must be assessed; heavy debris and specialist work are excluded.
Should the property be empty?+
This is recommended for comprehensive property preparation. Where furniture or belongings remain, we agree which areas are accessible and what must not be moved.
Does it include the interior of the oven and refrigerator?+
This can be quoted as an optional service when the appliances are empty, disconnected or otherwise safe to work on, and the material is suitable.
Can you provide a quote based on photos alone?+
Photos can support an initial estimate, but they do not always reveal build-up, surface condition or risks. Megabau may require an on-site assessment before finalizing the service scope and price.
