02OFFICES + COMMERCIAL PREMISES + COMMON AREAS
Routine cleaning plans organized by area, frequency and service window to keep offices and shared spaces presentable and operational.
Service scope and availability are confirmed before work begins.

OUTCOME / 02
A routine that is clear to the client and actionable for the team: what is cleaned, when, how often and how it is checked.
Routines for workstations, rooms, circulation areas, bathrooms and support areas.
Service windows compatible with opening, closing and customer-facing hours.
Common areas, access points and high-traffic areas cleaned at the agreed frequency.
An auditable service scope for supervising one or more sites.
SERVICE SCOPE / NO FINE PRINT
The final service scope depends on the site assessment and proposal. These lists help structure the conversation; they are not a substitute for a quote.
MEGABAU METHOD / 4 STEPS
Precision becomes visible in the sequence, responsibilities and completion process. This is not a certification; it is a way of organizing the work.
We define areas, schedules, frequencies, critical points and access restrictions.
We follow an orderly routine designed around the day-to-day operation of the premises.
We verify compliance against the service matrix and rectify the agreed observations.
We record condition, service issues and outstanding items using the agreed format.
EQUIPMENT + SUPPLIES
We show the equipment to demonstrate our method. The final selection depends on the property, task, surface and risk.

Organized tools to minimize unnecessary movement and maintain visual control.
Mops, vacuum equipment and accessories selected according to the flooring, furniture and task.
Clearly labeled products, safety data sheets available where required, and use as directed.
Protective measures and signage incorporated according to the task risk.
CONTROL / REFERENCE MODEL
The final format is tailored to the service or contract. Megabau documents only the controls included in the proposal.

QUESTIONS / 02
These answers clarify the initial framework. The proposal defines the applicable tasks, resources, timeframes and conditions.
Yes. A service window before or after the working day can be assessed. The hours, access, alarms, keys, supervision and restrictions must be defined in the proposal.
It is determined by use, footfall, surface, area type, expected standard and budget. A technical site visit enables us to build a realistic task matrix.
These can be included as supplies or controlled replenishment. The brand, format, storage, minimum stock and purchasing responsibility must be agreed.
They are not included in this general service offering. Healthcare environments require a dedicated service scope, protocols, products, training and risk controls that must be substantiated before we submit a proposal.
We can structure a proposal based on the tender requirements and site visit. Staffing, shifts, supplies, continuity, performance indicators and price are defined for that process; they are not assumed.
