EQUIPMENT + SUPPLIES
Preparation begins before any surface is touched.
Equipment, products and protective measures are selected according to the property, task, surface and risk.
Textiles by purpose
Separate cloths and tools in line with the protocol defined for each area.
Suitable equipment
Vacuum cleaning, mopping and accessories selected to suit the flooring, surfaces and condition.
Labeled products
Supplies kept in their original containers and applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions and surface requirements.
PPE
Gloves, footwear and PPE selected according to the task and risk.

What matters before we quote.
These answers clarify the initial framework. The proposal defines the applicable tasks, resources, timeframes and conditions.
Is this an Airbnb service?+
We serve short-stay accommodation managed through a range of platforms, including Airbnb where applicable. Megabau is not affiliated with, sponsored by or certified by Airbnb.
Do you guarantee express cleaning between check-out and check-in?+
Not without prior confirmation. We assess the location, property type, condition, access, available time window, additional requirements and operational capacity before accepting each service.
Does it include bed linens, towels and consumables?+
These can be included in the proposal. We define who provides the linens and consumables, where they are stored and the replenishment quantities.
What happens if you find damage or missing items?+
It is logged and reported through the agreed channel. Megabau does not carry out additional work or replenish items outside the service scope without authorization.
Will bookings be managed automatically through the website?+
Automated scheduling is planned for a later phase. At present, the website lets you prepare your request; availability and coordination are confirmed explicitly.
