QUESTIONS / 04

What matters before we quote.

These answers clarify the initial framework. The proposal defines the applicable tasks, resources, timeframes and conditions.

What do you classify as minor repairs and maintenance?

Limited, accessible, low-complexity work such as adjustments, fixings, sealant, like-for-like replacements and touch-ups. The diagnosis confirms whether the task remains within this service scope.

Do you carry out electrical or gas work?

Megabau must not perform regulated work without appropriately licensed personnel. We can identify the requirement and coordinate a suitably qualified specialist, with the quote and responsibilities documented in writing.

Do you purchase materials?

A coordinated purchase can be agreed. The replacement part, cost, alternatives and spending limit are approved before purchase or installation.

Can you combine several repairs?

Yes. A list showing the location, a photo and the priority helps us determine whether a scheduled visit is appropriate and which tasks require a third party.

Do you guarantee that every fault will be resolved on the first visit?

No. Some faults require further diagnosis, specific replacement parts or a specialist. Megabau reports the finding, the work completed and the proposed next step.
